Our Story

Valandraud is born from the tremendous work of Murielle Andraud and Jean Luc Thunevin, both wine enthusiasts. They created their wine child in 1991 by investing all their money in the purchase of 0.6 ha of an humble terroir located in Fongaban, where you can find the Saint Emilion intra-muros little gardens and small vineyards

OUR TEAM

Château Valandraud

Dozens of employees work throughout the year, in the vineyards and the cellars, to produce the best possible wine, vintage after vintage. Christophe Lardière oversees the vineyard team, and Rémi Dalmasso, Cellar Master, oversees the cellar team. They are in constant contact with Marie Lefévère regarding vineyard management and winemaking.

  Beautiful, peaceful chateau near st Emilion. Only passing through so just stayed a night, we'll be back sans kids!
